Kitchen Helper

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Helper to support daily kitchen operations in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will assist chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and ensure high hygiene standards are followed at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in basic food preparation such as washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients

• Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, and workstations

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area

• Dispose of food waste properly according to hygiene standards

• Assist in receiving and storing food supplies

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and UAE health regulations

• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the chef or supervisor

• Previous experience as a kitchen helper or similar role is an advantage

• Knowledge of basic kitchen hygiene and food safety

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Physically fit and able to stand for long working hours

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
