We are seeking 5 skilled and experienced construction painters to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint, coatings, and finishes to buildings and structures while maintaining high-quality standards and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and filling cracks
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Mix and match paint colors to required specifications
- Ensure smooth and even application of coatings
- Protect surrounding areas using masking and covering materials
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow all health and safety regulations on site
- Maintain tools and painting equipment in good condition
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques and surface preparation
- Ability to use painting tools and spray equipment
- Good attention to detail and finishing quality
- Knowledge of safety practices and material handling
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights if required
