Helper – Fixed Network Department

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Helper to support our Fixed Network team in installation, maintenance, and daily field operations. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist technicians in installation and maintenance of fiber optic and network systems
• Support in cable pulling, trenching, and equipment handling
• Load and unload tools and materials at work sites
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and work areas
• Follow instructions from supervisors and technicians
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards
• Assist in basic troubleshooting and field support activities

• Minimum Secondary School Education
• Experience in construction, telecom, or field work is an added advantage
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors
• Basic understanding of tools and equipment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt
